Informed by years of research my teaching methods are informed by human anatomy and how our bodies work even if everyone’s is a little bit different. The class will be tailored to your level of experience and you will work with me on improving your handstand line, learn exercises and tips for balance , and work on the active flexibility needed for hand-balancing, cross-fit and yoga.
Inversions, shoulder stands, crow, elbow stands, headstands, handstands, transitions into and out of these moves, transitions of shapes within the inversion, one arm handstands and more.
